Day 1: VILAFRANCA DEL PENEDÈS – LA LLACUNA
This is a scenic route which leads you through vineyards and hills. The protagonist of the landscape will be classic views of the Penedès with the spectacular Montserrat mountains in the background. The present Tour, will take us to La Llacuna, passing through towns like El Pla del Penedès and Guardiola. We aim a rise of 9 km to the upper Font-Rubi. At the highest part, called the Balcony of the Penedès will give us a view of the flatland, before starting a small descent before another rise of 9 km to the upper point of the route. From there the last kilometers of the day, take us down to finish in front of our accomodation. Jean Leon, Parés Baltà, Colet and Can Suriol wineries, will be available to visit them, as the itinerary today passes by.

Day 2: LA LLACUNA – SITGES
The route will take us to Sitges, a town that will allow us to discover the Mediterranean uniqueness. Totally downhill, today’s itinerary will cross different villages, where we recommend stopping for lunch or just having a drink on a terrace. From La LLacuna we will move towards the coast, through the capital of cava, Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. Where a visit to the cellars is obligatory. We recommend the impressive modernist Cavas Codorniu (Artistic Historical Monument), to live an exciting journey to the origins of cava.
From there we will go on a flat walk to the Romanesque monastery of Sant Sebastià dels Gorgs (eleventh century and declared of National Interest). The road will continue towards Sant Pere Molanta and Sant Pere de Ribes, across Finca Viladellops, a premium wine tasting is waiting for us to discover and thrill us with their history. The last kilometers of the day, take us down to Sitges

Day 3: SITGES – VILAFRANCA DEL PENEDÈS
Today, the road will lead us through the Castellet Castle (National Cultural Heritage) and the Foix reservoir, to the village of Arboç, where we will find the famous Giralda (replica 1:2 of the Seville building). During the tour we can stop a few minutes at several places that the famous photographer Robert Capa, immortalized, in January 1939, some civilian refugees in retreat at the end of the Spanish Civil War. From there we wil go to Sant Martí Sarroca to start then a gentle descent to Vilafranca. About halfway, the Oriol Rossell Cavas will expect us, if its of your interest, where we enter the world of wine in a family farm dedicated to viticulture since the seventeenth century. Also in the last kilometers of our tour, we will pass through the Bodegues Torres visit center, to live an essential cultural and recreational experience.
